Dear all,
i want to show arabic letters from message_ar.properties
in servlet:
request.setCharacterEncoding("UTF-8");
Locale locale = new Locale("ar", "JO");
//testbundle. : is the package name
ResourceBundle bundleMSG = ResourceBundle.getBundle("message_ar",locale);
String Hi = bundleMSG.getString("Hi");
System.out.println("Hi="+Hi);
request.setAttribute("Hi",Hi);
in jsp:
<%@page pageEncoding="UTF-8"%>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">

it shows to me like this:

how can i make it show actuall arabic letters.
Please help with details.

Does the font you're using to view the page have Arabic characters?
