urgent need of information about i-flex solutions mumbai

hi i wanted to know more about the work experience in i-flex, and what r the salary increments tht a fresher will be getting after the first year as i will be joining now, and also what is the probability of onsite oppurtunities for a new entrant like me.
i will be highly grateful if someone can guide me in this..

iFlex is really very good company to work,good work culture and work is also gr8...as a fresher u will learn a lot.u will get onsite depends on the projects u r into....but max. within 6 months they will send u,provided if u prove ur skill sets.increments are also good...they have bonus every year.

but can u plzz tell me what job does a associate consultant do there, plzz forgive me for asking such questions, i m a fresher yaar..also krishnaraj ,as i want to shift to the finance field(by tht i mean banking and stuff, do i sound weird ,hmmm ,maybe lol) from the current one is there such a option in i-flex.

as for Anu, dude, we as college placement students got our job offers after a 1 and a half month, i guess u will be getting ur offer letter within 15 to 20 days at the max...(as u r not a college student)

Congrats for getting a job offer from I-flex . Well I-Flex is one of the highly ranked companies in finance field. You will get a good domain exposure at I-Flex. An Associate Consulatant is a post given to you when you join I-flex. Depending upon your exp and skills you will be given a role as a programmer/Developer/ Analyst etc.
So you are joining Mumbai office . well I am also at I-flex Mumbai

I would like to know about the organizational Structure at IFlex.. I mean What kind of role can be offered for a person with 6-7 years of experience?

Also what would be the career path as individual grows in experience?

well for a profile of 6/7 yrs of exp , in I-Flex , you could be a Team Leader to a Project manager. It really depends on your previous role.
I-Flex has a good pay scale and you will get a very good domain expertise.
I-Flex has a new development center at JB Nagar Andheri Mumbai. Service centers i.e VP and one at JB nager are better.

and ya, whether i would face problems regarding the medical(i had slept for only 2 hours the earlier day, so i recorded a high BP).i hope u can inform me regarding this..( i know my query is pretty wierd, hope u can help me)

I too have received an offer from Iflex , but the JB Nagar Office , that is the Retail and Finance division. Can you please let me know something regarding this division . What I have been told is that there are financial servies and product development divisions within this company. I am getting into Financial services division. Can you tell me regarding this if possible ! like what are the onsite opportunities n all!

Dont worry , you wont face any problems regarding your medical.
I had my medical after I received my appointment letter.
You need to call the HR and ask about the same.

and Harsh,
the Retail and Finance division is good good projects.
Well onsite opportunities really depend on the project which you would be working on. I-flex do send many employees on site.
It also depends upon your performance

yes . I-flex is developing a new center a at goregaon which will be a new development center besides existing ones. It many take a couple of yrs to finish it completely.
