Does anyone know if there is a free JDBC driver for SQL Server 7 or 2000?

Hi,
I'm here to find a free JDBC for MS SQL 7.0 also, but I found the question instead of answer, ^_^
does that mean there's no free lunch in the world ? we have to pay for just practice and learning purpose ?
