Welcome Sun. First, you can always click on your profile link right above any of your posts, and see the last 50 threads that you posted.

Also, we have only a couple of rules. 1. The JavaRanch Naming Policy. 2. The "Be Nice" rule, and 3. Post your questions in the appropriate forum.

Since your question is specifically just about this site, we have a "JavaRanch" forum where questions like this goes.

So I am going to move this to that forum for you.

Good Luck and thanks for coming to our site.

Um... you just did a reply without quote. It's the blue button that says "Post Reply".

Is it a good idea to have a “small-introductory ” manual of JR?

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe we could link to this page as part of the registration?

" View/Update Profile " and so on.
Can you give me a answer again?

there is a difference between your "profile" and your "my profile".

if you look at the top of any single post, you'll see a time stamp, with several icons to the right of that. the first one that looks like a face (in profile) with a little question mark give you the profile for the person who posted that message.

if you click on one in a post you made, you should see this.

you should be able to find a "view recent posts" on that page.

Towards the upper left corner of your screen, were it says "Hello, sun cheng [ recent posts ] [ log out ]" - click the "recent posts". That should give you what you want here.
