Hi everyone ,

If both Cap Gemini and Mphasis are offering the same package as well as almost same kind of work , which one should be chosen and why ?

Please do reply ! Would really appreciate any inputs

Mphasis is not doig as good as previously it used to do. HR policies also not so great. And I feel you will get better exposure in Cap Gemini interms of Projects, domain knowledge.

I recently heard from one of my friends...that there are no major projects going on in Cap gemini currently...most of their staff is on bench...

my friend ia with them for last 3 yrs...but now he is looking out for a change becoz of this situation.

Thanks KJ and Jeff ! How about onsite opportunities ? I havent been promised any from either of the companies ,though Mphasis mentioned that there might be possibility in near future.

Cap Gemini on other hand said there arent any opportunities right now !
Do many people get sent onsite in Mphasis ?

Hi guys,

Thanks for your replies ! I have got another question. Do you guys know about black listing in IT companies ? I heard that if you first accept offer from a company and then reject it for a better offer , you get black listed in the previous company. Is it true ?

Most of companies will block your candidature for next 6 months to 1 year as of I know.

I knew a fellow who tried to get two companies in a bidding war. He got blacklisted in both companies....
