We have an excel sheet which has a lot of complex calculations/formulae embedded into it.
We update some cells which act as input to these calculations. The final result is displayed on the same worksheet in a different cell. We have to pick this value & display it to the user.
We are using jdbc to connect to XL. The problem is :
When the XL sheet is open & the program is run, the correct(changed) value is read.
However, if XL sheet is closed & the input supplied changes, the final value read does not reflect the change(wrong value).
When we open the excel sheet after the run, we see the correct(i.e changed) value in XL.
Thanks in advance for any help!!
Sheetal.
