Hi All,

I will have my work permit starting from 1st of oct.My problem is I have a break of more than a yr.Just last week I have cleared my SCJP1.4.
I want to start searching now so that I can start working from 1st oct.My employer is telling me not to show breaks in my resume .I am worried about
this also since it would be tough for me to land a job with break. Now how do I go about my job search??
I have experience in java, jsp, javascript, javabeans and bit of weblogic. What extra skills I should possess??Do I need to learn about some servers ,heard about Eclipse a lot in thse forums. Also what are the famous IDE's I should know about?Any interview tips also greatly appreciated. Please advice me..

Thanks
Smitha
