Hai,

I am a j2ee professional with 3 years of experience in Java.I have a Bachelors Graduation only in my educational background, so i decide to take a Master Degree.But now i am in a confusion that which Master Degree will help me in my profession career.

Please help me in this matter.

Masters in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering would be useful...or MCA

If your bachelor graduation is BE in IT or CS then MCA would not help... both are same.

But i have the Degree in Physics, moreover i think one couldn't able to stand as a developer more than Five years ,slowly he need change to managment level.

In this view is MBA will help me?

Dear Minu,

I don't think an MBA 'll help you. Try for a degree in your decipline (Computer related). Otherwise go for MBA and specilize in System.

Interesting. I know for job applications in India, they are considered equivalent. But technically, are they the same? Isn't one in Sciences and the other in Applications? My confusion increased when one of my friends in USA told me the other day that an agency that does Credential evaluations had equated MCA to MS in Information Systems.
