Hello Ranchers

One of my friends has offers from HSBC Software,Pune and Amdocs,Pune.

Amdocs is paying him nearly .85 to .95 lac Rs. more p.a. than HSBC.

He has 2 years of experience in the Java/J2EE field.

He is really confused which one to go for .....

Can anyone help out here by comparing the two companies w.r.t work culture, kind of work, quality of peers/superiors ??

would be grateful for your replies ..... its kindda urgent ....

Thanks in advance,

Abhijit

HSBC all the way, because of the industry experience you will get(finance). Amdocs has less potential in the next job.
