I got following page while refreshing the page and by clicking on new comment added URL

I got same page for 4-5 times since last half an hour.

Check the error page.

My blood is tested +ve for Java.

Yes, that just means there's more traffic than the site can handle. Clicking the same link over and over just makes it worse; if this happens, wait a little while before trying again.
