I have 3+ years of exp. in J2EE, my present CTC is 300,000 and I quoted for 4.5 to 4.8. This is the main reason I am looking for change since I am getting low.

Prefer Cap Gemini if you dont have any specific reasons to for Sonata. Cap Gemini will give you more exposure compare to Sonata.

cap gemini seems to be good brand then LG.And also heard that it has good onsite.But is their bombay center is of developement or it is both tech support & development?how work their?
