hi All,

i am having valid B1 visa from my current company (it is unused still)
if i want to change job ..does this help to increase the salary package ??

this is my first job 1 year of exp in jva,jsp,struts, and company is giving me aroung 1.9 p.a , how much i can expect from any other company...??/

Yes it does improve your marketability. As long as you have a job, it does. Be very secretive, because they will fire you for disloyalty. Check the market, you got buddies that work at other companies, don't you?
