I want to know about work culture, money n other good/bad aspects of this company.

It is nice and small company in pune. pay is very good and culture is good.
but work load and your responsibilities will be more. no good canteen. you get good experience and learn a lot. employee take care is good and offers ESOP.

There is a post here about Tibco, maybe you can just ask him directly. Guess they are in Swing and some legacy systems.
