Exception in Pooling

I am trying to get a connection pool. I have the oracle db on a server and i am trying to connect via tomcat/apache. here is the error in which I am receiving.

I am pretty sure that it means there is something wrong with my connection string. Does anyone notice anything that is wrong?

I don't see a username or password. Are they specified correctly?

Are the IP and port correct?

Can the server the database client is running on connect to port 4533 on 144.15.12.444? Try using telnet to connect from the client to the database server IP/Port verify you have network connectivity and no firewall issues.
