Hi All,

I have a question reg confirmation of the offers.

If we confirm an offer and later we dont join the organisation do we have any impact of tht in future?

At present I have 3 offers in hand.I have confirmed for one of them and the remng 2 companies are also asking for confirmation?

I have not yet decided which one to join.So can I confirm all the three and then join anyone of them?

Need ur valuable inputs.

Regards,
Shreya

Try to avoid confirmig more then one company. But many times it is difficult to practice that. If you confirm and do not join the impact depends on company. Some company's may not entertain you to apply their company atleast for next 6 months to one year and some company's may not have any policy like that. But from your side make sure that you inform the Company by giving enough time to replace you. I have seen cases that people informing the HR on the joining that they are not joining. This very bad because some times company's may have big plans for their new employee and if that guy informs in last minute it is very difficult for them to find new resource.

Take some time, think and confirm just for 1 company...Dont try to confirm more than 1..Atlease some one else will get a chance...

Yes, of course, and I accept that blame. In fact, i covet that blame. As does this tiny ad:
