Even emptoris also doesn't have descent work on J2EE. and about salary, you get more package as compaired to other comapnies at corresponding level, but the package structure is really bad. Emptoris ppl will take utmost care that you get min amount in monthly salary. They will freeze your money in terms of yearly bonus and some xyz bonus etc and they will paid same amount after 1year.
