Need career advise

hi ranchers,
I am working at small size company at Nagpur.
I am having 2 yrs exp in Java/J2EE and ctc is 2.90L
Now i got offer from CTS,Pune.

They offered me 3.21L...and Associate as designation...i think its too less...as i wrote my expected salary is 4.2L.....also offered pay is not as per market standard

cAN anybody throw light on the pay and designation structure of CTS.....and can tell me what they can offer me ?

This is really very low.. Acoording to CTS standards for 2 year Exp in JAVA it's providing around 3.7-3.8 Lakhs/Anum.. SO it's very low amount what they have offered you...

But yes one thing I should admit another minor factor is your interview , if it's not so good then they can offer you such salary.

SO what about your Interview???
