No.of years of education required for H1B

Hi All,

I know that for H1B one should have 16 years of education (like B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in India), but I have B.Sc which is 3 years course. My education comes around 15 years only. Am I eligible for H1B?

It is 4 year graduation or 12 years of experience.

3 years of experience is counted as one year or full time education.
