Due to stringent background check these days ,fake LTA, Medical Bills etc many people are getting fired or asked to leave,I am wondering what is happening with them ?
Whether they are able to get any job ? What happens If they show experience of the company from which they are fired ,Whether they are getting any problem in background check again as they have been fired in the past.
I am talking in the context of India ,But I would appreciate If other people too can share their views.

are people are also fired for fake LTA, Medical reason alone also.. ?

It includes misrepresentation of past employment,fake LTA/Medical/Other bills etc.

presenting fake bills for reimbursement is fraud and would in many countries lead not just to being fired but to criminal charges against the perpatrator.

If I were to do a background check on someone and it turned out he was fired for that I'd reject his application immediately.
But in this country such data is covered by stringent privacy laws and it would be a criminal offense for the previous employer to pass it on to anyone without a court order (or equivalent).

I am talking about all the companies like CA ,IBM ,Wipro,Verizon ,Iflex etc. ,List can go on .
Whether company reveals the reason of leaving in such case or whether company give his documents (e.g. relieving ,experience letter) If the person has worked for a significant period of time.
I am talking in the context of India Where Background checks are done usually after person joins the company instead of doing it before to joining.
