The Second Problem is comming when the bean is successfully deployed into the default container and when accessing the Bean, and it is as follows:
G:\Borland\AppServer\examples\ejb\sort>vbj SortClient
Exception in thread "main" javax.naming.CommunicationException: Can't find SerialContextProvider

"venkata"
The Java Ranch has thousands of visitors every week, many with surprisingly similar names. To avoid confusion we have a naming convention, described at http://www.javaranch.com/name.jsp . We require names to have at least two words, separated by a space, and strongly recommend that you use your full real name. Please log in with a new name which meets the requirements. And no numbers.
Thanks.

This seems to be a problem with the sun CORBA classes in rt.jar.It does depend on which version of the JDK you are using - 1.3.1 seems to be OK.
