Is there a tutorial for EJB's with Tomcat such as the one for EJB's with WebLogic on Sun's site? I've used Tomcat for servlets and jsp's and wanted to move on to EJB's. Is it better to install WebLogic for the experience or because it seems to be so popular? Which is easier to use, etc.? Thanks.
Tomcat can be paired with an EJB server. I've used Tomcat with JOnAS (http://www.objectweb.org). A popular pairing is Tomcat with JBoss (http://www.jboss.org). They have a fairly complete J2EE setup and one distribution even has Tomcat embedded in it.
"privilege" comes from the Latin words for "private" and "law" (legal) and dates to feudal times. To "claim privilege" meant that you were above the laws that applied to the common people.
