I need urgent informaitona bout Work Culture @ Nevis Networks.

I am going to join as Software Devloper(J2EE) i would like to know how is their work culuture,processes,increments,HR Policies.....

and how it is as long term...???

Some of the answers you could get from HR people...like what's the increment cycle and what's the average hike and bands (Top, Middle and Bottom).Also what I have heard about the company i sthat it's a good place for Security people.

I had talked with HR but as usual they always say they are having good work culture etc..etc..

Guys i m going to join on Next week ...Urgently your help needed..if u or ur friends having any info (sp. Work culture,work environement,long term future) about nevis networks,pune then please...share with me.
