Hi,
I am new to J2EE and EJB arenas and have no prior knowledges or experiences in either one.
Could someone tell me if there is any way to learn them in the most effective and fast way - to gain both knowledges and practices on those topics?

Read documentation on these topic and do some simple project for a start.
