If you're on H-1B, you have to work full-time for your employer.

If you're on F-1, you have to study full-time at your school.

As long as you maintain your full-time legal status, it's O.K. to be involved in the other on part-time basis.

Otherwise, you become an illegal alien.

I dont think that Part time MS is very expensive. I beleive its around $2250(cos might vary from univ to univ) for each course and you have to take 10 courses for your Masters .There are courses offered by universtities for working professionals and you dont need a TOEFL or GRE score for that. All you would need are your transripts.

Yes. Consult a student advisor at a University where you would like to enroll and get details. The only caveat may be that you would have to pay more fees (upto 2 1/2 times) than a resident.

in some states, you can pay an instate fees of around 300-500$ per course(3 credit hours) if you have been on h1 for more than an year in that particular state and have been paying your taxes.
but as i said it varies from state to state, so do call up one of the international office in an university in your area to know more about that.

You HAVE to have a fulltime job. So you either have to works days and study nights or work nights and study days.
In either case I doubt you'll do very good in your job and your studies after a short while for you're quickly going to get serious sleep deprevation.

Is alien's Salary enough to get a Part time MS?

Impossible to answer, depends on your salary and cost of living.

dear ranchers I want to do part time MS in US how much the total cost

Impossible to say. Depends on the university, the curiculum, the timeframe, etc. etc. etc.
Best contact some universities and ask.
