onsite and good work

in which companies comparativily there are good chances of getting onsite(at least 2 moths) and good work on J2ee side for 2+ exp.

Even LogicaCMG has tremendous onsite oppurtunities. I am going once every year. to UK, Germany , US, Netherlands, etc.

Even I heard same. I heard many people leave the company once they are back to India, is that true?

Well, I think, both (onsite and good work) are contradictory.

Yes and I am doing it now. Currently I am in Holland and would be soon doing that when I return back. Here life is very boring. Work culture is not good. The managers put pressure on you till they squeeze out the last drop. Can you imagine that I went to office the previous day of my marriage. This is the most horrible company in terms of work culture. But good if you want onsite trips. But work satisfaction is zero

do they have long term onsite offers or it is only short term?

Yes onsite oppurtunities are generally short term but depends on the requirement. I was on short term for 3 months each, last year for 3 months to London and this year to Copenhagen. But the perdiem(daily onsite allowance) is really less here if you compare it with other companies.

small companies dont have leaves.....24 hour work......for work-life balance big MNC are better.
