Deploying CMP EJB with Custom J2EE Converter.

I am using WebSphere Studio Application Developer 4.0 to develop my J2EE Application.
Basically, I have problem while trying to deploy third-party CMP EJBs with custom converter. I had to write custom converter to map CMP EJB String attribute to underlying CLOB database type because of size constraints and unavailability of CMP EJB source (as its third-party EJB).
The StringToCLOBConverter transforms string to CLOB and vice-versa. I put it into Transfomration property of mapping editor and tried to re-deploy CMP EJB. However EJBDeploy tool complains about class not found during generation of deploy-RMIC code.
Is it possible to plug-in custom converter with WSAD 4.0? Is there any classpath settings to do for compilation and deployment? I am using WSAD 4.0 'Generate Deploy And RMIC Code' option. The Database is Oracle 8.
Thanks in advance.
It's exactly the same and completely different as this tiny ad:
