I got offer from Symphony services . I dont know much about the company.
can any one tell me how is the company? I am having 3 yrs of experience and the offer is 4.2 lakh PA.

Is it better to join?

BTW,where is the location of posting ? if its in blore, its not a good payment then.

As far as I have seen, if you can impress the interviewers and negotiate well, 6 or more then 6 should not be a problem.

Regarding work culture and work pressure (in Pune), it's light and I have seen guys taking 1 hour lunch breaks
