There is a huge potential range of questions that can be asked at interviews about J2EE. The best preparation would be to study for J2EE related certifications, such as Sun Certified Architect, Sun Certified Web Component Developer, OO Analysis and Design, and EJB certifications such as the IBM enterprise connectivity and the proposed new Sun EJB certification.
If you can answer the various mock exams on these topics, you will be able answer most interview questions. If you can pass the real certifications, you will definitely not have a problem with J2EE interview questions. Also, note that interview questions depend on the job specification, you will get JSP questions for a JSP Developer job, and EJB questions for an EJB developer job.
