there is no concept of dream company as such ,myself veing worked with top software companies listed in above mails.
u have to work in one cubicle or that restricted workspace everywhere.
what u deliver is matters .
in u r dream company u cud end up in the bench for 10 months and then give a second thought to resignation afterwards.
its a common problem everywhere with copmpanies like IBM



so please leave any notion of dream company behind.
