Hi,
I am looking for the best Reporting Engines for J2EE.
We use ReportsViews from Sitraka (now part of Quest), but now we need some alternatives, and so I am looking for experiences and comments on:
InetSoft Style Reports
ReportingEngines e.Report
CrystalReports for J2EE
other
By Best I mean The RE that has the best functionality:
datasources from DBMS, XML, javabeans, Object Relational Tools and EJBs
Integration with WebLogic/Websphere/OIAS
Integration with the main frameworks
Integration with the main DBMS
Excellent documentation and support
Great graphic report designer
Output in PDF, XML, and other popular formats.
Fair price

I am reading all the documentation from the products that I can, of course.
but the best is to hear from your experiences

we r using e-Actuate for reporting... so far its gud....no problem..

I've heard good things of JasperReports and iReport (both open source).
