About ejbstore methob in CMP

In case of CMP in ejb's we have ejbstore method that is called by container only.
I want to optimize ejbstore method .
can i do this in CMP.

No, thus the CM in CMP. WebLogic, for example, already optimizes database updates for you. It will always call ejbStore, however, so don't use this to set a modified date attribute on your bean else it will be updated whenever it is involved in a transaction, whether or not you actually modified it.
