We are currently migrating an application in EJB 1.1 CMP to EJB 2.0 CMP. In the application, the finder methods are returning enumerations in 1.1. However there seems to be a restriction in EJB 2.0 that only collections can be return types. This would require rewrite of lots of portions of the code, modifying the return types in interfaces, and looping conditions and methods in session beans whereever the entities are used.
Any workaround or alternative to this problem are really appreciated.
Thanks,
Swamy
