IBM Blore is good but IBM pune is bakwaas type. If you know marathi and like good work life balance-go there. IBM there is a plenty of onsite opportunities but with tought competition now. they maintain 90-10 kind of offshore onsite ratio.

Thank you Vikas for the reply.
Vikas can you please elaborate on IBM pune - bakwaas type - do you mean the work there is not good? or work culture or what ever.

Does any body know about the work culture at IBM Pune - is it too stressfull? and the type of work i mean good projects or internal work ?

Thanks
