I have not worked with EJB. Could someone reccommend a good book for J2EE technologies specifically EJBs.

In addition to the above suggestion, look into 'Head First EJB' by some of the Java Ranchers.

Another one is "Enterprise JavaBeans" by Richard Monson-Haefel. But in fact, you can't go wrong with any of these recommendations. They're all very good.

Hi Chris
You can download free copies of the Ed Roman's "Mastering EJBs" and Floyd Marinescu's "EJB Design Patterns" from The Server Side website. Both these are excellent.
Hope this helps

Mastering EJB is a good book. You can download its pdf from www.theserverside.com. Later you can buy Head First EJB.

"Head First EJB" is really a nice book to start with. It really makes you think about what you have read in the previous pages. I've also gone through "Mastering EJB". It's a fantastic resource, but, I still recomment "HFE" to a beginner

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
