Hi,

I have offers from CTS, Pune (5 PA) and Satyam, Hyderabad (4 PA). (Including incentives)
I have 2 yrs of experience.

Please advise which is a better option?

Thanks,
Karan

I agreed with "Krishan". That's visible on board but in Satyam you may get an onsite chances earlier then CTS. So If I would be at your position then I would have joined Satyam definately ....

Hey Karan,

You havent specified whether you are relocating or not. If you are in Pune and CTS is offering 5PA then i suggest you go with CTS. Onsite depends on a lot many factors.. so go for one that has a better pay ...
