Iam searching for job in Java technologies with 2 years experience. I dont have any experience in this field. I have gap after my education(BE), I got 85% in SCJP 1.4.2. Iam attending interviews, iam clearing all my rounds, but not able to clear some technical rounds, in which the interviewer asking mostly about real time questions like, what is your role and responsibility, how you will communicate regarding project in your team, have you did any quality process.
Iam having good knowledge in J2EE, but iam not able to clear those rounds. Can anyone help me please, what shall i do in order to answer those questions. Applying without experience is not fair, but i have no chance, i have to do this.

Are you alluding that you are presenting fake experience ? Its not advisable to do that. Tell the person confidently that you will approach managers with your problems if you have any and, talk about SDLC and phases of development like analysis, code, construction, design, testing, Quality analysis etc when asked about non technical things.
We're pleased to have you here with us in the Jobs Discussion forum, but there are a few rules that need to be followed, and one is that proper names are required. Please take a look at the JavaRanch Naming Policy and adjust your display name to match it.
In particular, your display name must be a first and a last name separated by a space character, and must not be obviously fictitious.
I worked on c++ platform for 19 months. But iam applying for java as iam having experience in java, iam facing problems in interviews regarding java project development. Thats why i posted my message, i dont want to continue in c++, iam telling employers that i have experience in c++ and little in java, they are not satisfied with my answer as they need experience in java particularly. So this is my total message. May i know any people who shifted from c++ to java.
