Sapient vs Conexant

Greetings ranchers!!

Friends i have been placed with HCL,Sapient and Conexant. In one of my early posts of comparison between HCL and Sapient i got the idea that future growth in Sapient is better.

This time around i want to compare it with Conexant. I will get 4.6 lakhs/p.a in Conexant and i have bbeen appointed for software development. Conexant is more into Hardware. Is it a good place for software professional.Will it offer potential career growth.

Morover only 4 lakhs gross and after lot of tax reduction and type of salary breakup i think there would be not much big difference in salary between sapient and conexant..

Friends please help me.. I want to arrive at a conclusion regarding Which company to join.
