hi guys,

I am currently in the US working as a consultant on H1b, have 7 years of experience on J2EE, planning to settle in Bangalore. How much salary can I expect? How should I approach the companies, through naukri.com or is there any other list of consutlants. I appreciate your help.

Thanks
Bobby.

You can post your resume in the job portals (like naukri, jobsahead, etc.,). Once you are through with this, consultants would automatically pick up your profile and you will receive several calls.
You can demand from Rs.1-1.3 million p.a. Again, depending upon your skill set you can gain more or less.
All the best !!
