Need Advice

Hi ,
I have a job offering from 3 companies,A,B and C in pune
Company A is a well kmown company they are paying me 11L/Annum
Company B is another well known company in financial domain and they are offfering me 10L/Annum
Company C is a small Company in Marketting domain and are offering 12L/Annum
Please suggest what should i do as i am totally confused

Well it also depends highly on your current years of expereince and in which field you are currently working and in which field you are more intrested.

Let us know, in which domain you are currently working and how many expereince you have been in industry, and in which domain you are really intrested to work on.

Else Otherwise, I would suggest you simply to go ahead with third offer with 12L/Anum.

It all depends on your interests and what you are expecting from you new job. If money is the only target you can go for Company C, but 1 to 2 Lackhs may not make much difference in your take home salary per month. So analyse company based on points like which will give you more growth.
