I have just added a free first EJB 3 tutorial using JBoss application server and Eclipse with the MyEclipse plugin. The complete project setup is explained.

I am on the way to create a Ant setup as well for people not using MyEclipse/Eclipse.
Another tutorial showing Struts and EJB 3 is nearly finished as well.

In my opinion and from the FAQ, it is OK to announce free tutorials here. Please tell me, if I am wrong.

Best Regards Sebastian

Hey Sebastian,

Keeping your link in your signature is the best way.

Usually, if you want to create a thread about it, we like to have you post that in the blatant advertising forum. We will move all threads that promote things to that forum if posted elsewhere.

That is why the signature link is the best way.

If there is a question regarding EJB 3.0 in this forum, where you answer the question and maybe point out that you explain in more detail on your free tutorial, then we usually let that slide. As long as the post is more for answering the question in the thread, rather than a bigger goal of promoting your website and tutorial.

Does that make sense?

Thanks for writing the tutorial.
