sample ejb application

Hi,
I want to develop a ejb application.
So i need a sample application which involves ejb, jsp and jdbc.
Can anybody give me any idea where can i get the source code of this sample application.
Anything like a login page and welcome page is enough for me to get it.
Any help will be highly welcome.

I'll be deploying using apache server. So its configuration information will also be useful.
