Hello All,

I got mail from one of the consultant for H1B visa. He asked me to send my scanned documents. It was one of the good consultant so I forwarded my docs. (pdf files) to him. Now I dont want to take risk and go with him since my current company is filing H1B for me.I informed him about the case and asked him not to file petition for me. Am I on safer side ? I just sent him scanned docs through mail. Can he misuse my docs ? Can my current employer safely file petition for me ?
