JMS and Websphere MQ first steps

Hi all

My new assignment is to develop an application which uses Websphere MQ 5.3 to send and receive messages,we will be using JMS to send and receive messages from the queue

I am really new to JMS and websphere MQ can any on give me the first steps for going forward after the installation and configuration

any web links or tutorials on how to send a message to MQ using JMS and retrieve the message

currently i am going through the materials provided in the net,till now i was not able have a hold on the subject

please some body help me in getting started and moving forward
