jboss plugin for eclipse

Hi Ranchers,

I want to setup jboss with my eclipse enviroment which plugin is best. Which plugin can help me perform following tasks from eclipse:

1. Create ejb project
2. Add persistent classes (entity beans), session and message driven beans.
3. Modify configurations like if i want to change the backend database
4. Supports new features of ejb
5. build/deploy the application
