is it possible tohave webservice at 2 different ports
in a single webserver?

I'm not positive, but it depends on your web server. Most of them probably require running a seperate instance for each port listened to (but not a seperate installation). Many major servers - such as Netscape Enterprise - offer the option of running many instances.

Yes to IIS, Apache, don't know about others.

Yes you can host multiple web sites on one web server. These web sites should be differnt in either of these parameters.
1. Host Header Name.
2. Port number.
3. IP Address.
If you have configured another site on the server on other port then you will access it like http://servername ortNumber.
