Hi I am around 3.4 years of Experience in
Java Technology; Currently I am working in a good branded company for last 1.4 years.
After my college, I got a job only in a very small company with very less pay (some months without any pays also), this made me to jump in 3 company with in 2 years. Finally I got a job in my present company. So in 3.4 years I switched 3 jobs.
So I made my self to be here for 2 years, now I am completed 1.4 years in this organization. As this organization is good brand name however I am deputed as a contract in another Best American MNC company in India.
I am not so happy to work as a contract in another company even though my company is also a MNC. Because the contract peoples are treated differently when we compared to the regular employees.
Last month I was worked on 2 projects even though I have billing on only one project, I stayed more than 20 hours in office for a month deliver the both project on time. Finally I did that before schedule.
However I am not finding any recognition from management, because they are not focusing me as I was a contact. This Pain makes me to search for a new job as soon as possible.
Currently my company is paying around 4 lacks, so I am waiting for this year end so that I can have good jump.
Please advice me for the Question which I have below:
Is it good if I jump now to a new company or can I wait for this April?
What are the Standards pay for 4 year experience?
How I have work hereafter as my work is not at all focused by them.
