Normally if you go from India they pay 27000+accomodation+travel

This amount will be take home or before tax? How much is the tax in UK?

the salary depends on how you face the interviews, and your skills. in average for java developers with 4 years experience you should be able to get something around 35k to 45k per annum. mind you, this is average,, and This is gross.
