Please rate my offer. I am working in ERP space and have managed multiple implementations. My Total experience is 12 yrs.

I have Masters in Mgmt & Computer Science. Bachelors from Top college in India.

I have been offered 15 L. Location is pune. IS this enough to get started in Pune or is this the lowest range for my experience ?
Any comments/feedback. Also am open to suggestions if you know companys hiring

I agree with Vinay. Given your experience, I don't think the offer is attractive.

If you are not keen on Pune, try the companies in Hyderabad and Bangalore. It's a well known "fact" that the companies in these two cities pay much better.

For your experience the salary offered is around 22-24 laks in ERP space

I really do not know much about ERP, but as other ranchers suggested you can have a try in Bangalore/Hyderabad as the companies in these cities are good paymasters
