One of my friend is having 8 years of experience. Out of it 7 years of experience is in
J2EE and one year in C/C++. He is working in one of the three service topmost companies in India having strength of 70000+ employees. He is working as Tech Lead and has worked on
Java,
Struts,
JSF, Spring, Hibernate, EJB, JMS and Ajax.
In present company he has spend around 3 years and he is interested in moving to a company where he can get good offshore offer. He is not looking out for onsite. He want a good offer, good work that have value addition, would not mind coding and should have stability.
He is having 8.8L as the current offer. He is open for product companies also. He is living at Pune.
The questions are:
1. How much hike he can expect?
2. Which are the companies in Pune that satisfies the criteria?
He has some offers around 11.5-12L. Technically he is sound and what should be a resonable offer for him.
