Video Chatting

Hi,

I am going to develop Video Chatting in Swing and JMF by using SIP.
i am novice to JMF. so

1. what are the things i have to know before start the project?

2. is there any best JMF Related sites and Learning sites?

3. What are the necessary components for Video Chatting? (for example graphics card, webcam).

could anyone suggest me regarding this project..
